In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we will provide you with a store credit code once you have returned the exchange to us. We only offer refunds if the order meets our returns policy guidelines.
If you are wanting a refund, we aim to have your return refunded as soon as it has been received back into our warehouse. This will usually be within 5-7 working days of you posting the return.
If you need a different size or colour of an item, We will send a store credit code to your email. You will be notified via email when we have received your exchange and then the store credit code will be sent shortly after.
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can take 21 working days international & up to 7 working days Australia wide (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed.
If your return is marked as delivered, our returns team will email you ASAP!
