Refunds
We offer full refunds on items that are:

• Purchased at full price (not discounted)
• Returned in original condition with all tags attached

Store Credit & Exchanges
Alternatively, we offer store credit or exchanges on all eligible items.

• Store credit will equal the final amount paid (minus any discount applied)
• Store credits are valid for 12 months
• Can be used on any item(s) across our website

Return Conditions
All items must be returned in 100% original condition, including:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unperfumed
• Free from makeup or fake tan
• All original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and customers will be notified.

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds on purchases made using Afterpay
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or preference-based returns
• In exceptional circumstances, original shipping costs may be refunded at our discretion

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
