REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We offer returns and refunds on most items. Items must be returned within 20 days of delivery date. Customer is required to lodge a return/exchange on the website under '"Returns and Exchanges". Items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn and not damaged.)
- We do not provide refunds on postage. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.
- We do not offer refunds on orders processed through Afterpay. (However, we can do an exchange or store credit)
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on swimwear or underwear products unless found faulty.
- We do not offer returns on clearance sale items. (exchanges can be made)
We offer exchanges on ALL items except swimwear, underwear, damaged or washed items and orders over 14 days of delivery date.
If a customer is exchanging items, the customer is required to:
- pay postage when sending the items back to us.
- We will cover postage when sending the exchange items back to the customer from Rapid Wear.
If items are faulty we do offer exchange/return or a full refund, including postage. Items deemed faulty past 30 days may be denied.
SHIPPING/ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Rapid wear cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing and you will need to process a claim via your bank.
If you did not authorise a drop off (no signature) please contact us and we will sort it out.
The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Rapid Wear. Rapid Wear will not issue a refund to items that have been misplaced or lost in transit.
CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS
Please be aware, all clearance sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Any items that are returned to Rapid Wear that are on clearance sale will be exchanged for a store credit code.
If we have made an error on your order, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs.
We handle all returns and process refunds in accordance with Consumer Law. Our liability for our products is limited to: the supplying of the products or services to you again; the replacement of the products; or the payment of the cost of having the products or services supplied to you again.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Rapid Wear is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, injury or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our information, any products or services we offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information, materials or services on or through this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our products and website services is limited to us re-supplying the Services to you, or, at our option, us refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the Services to which your claim relates.
Legislation may confer certain rights, warranties and guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of the products and website services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including but not limited to Consumer Law. At no time are these statutory rights sought to be excluded.
At Rapid Wear, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the services that we provide to you. Rapid Wear respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you.
